Syue Mountain (雪山) in Taiwan is a representative alpine ecosystem with rich and intact natural resources, making it a critical area for long-term biodiversity monitoring in the context of global climate change.
Since 2009, the Shei-Pa National Park Headquarters has conducted integrated long-term surveys in the Syue Mountain area, establishing monitoring plots and transects to collect biological and abiotic data across the alpine ecosystem.
This dataset contains species occurrence records from sub-projects 4 through 9 of the integrated research program:
Sub-project 4 – Vascular plant flora
Sub-project 5 – Bryophyte flora
Sub-project 6 – Insect diversity and functional groups
Sub-project 7 – Avifauna community and ecology
Sub-project 8 – Mammals
Sub-project 9 – Fire disturbance and vegetation dynamics
