本研究於屏東縣墾丁國家公園內南仁湖進行浮游性矽藻採樣。共鑑定出矽藻21屬29種，其中以Eunotia屬與Nitzschia屬種類最多，Aulacoseira granulata及Discostella stelligera為該區域優勢普及的浮游性矽藻。
This study was conducted on the sampling of plankton diatoms in Nanren Lake, Kenting National Park, Pingtung County. A total of 29 species of 21 genera were identified, among which Eunoteia and Nitzschia were the most diverse species, and Aulacoseira granulata and Discostella stelligera were the dominant species.
