本項目為 LTSER Lyudao 計畫之一部分。於每年乾季（約 3–4 月）期間，針對綠島兩處常流水（溪流）——流麻溪（酬勤水庫）及柚子湖秘境瀑布，進行溪流動物相調查。調查目標生物的類群為：魚類、甲殼類（蝦與蟹）、軟體動物（螺與貝），以及水生昆蟲（含環節動物等）。目前從2021年起，已執行4次調查。This project is part of the LTSER Lyudao (Taiwan) program. Annual surveys of stream fauna are conducted in March or Apri (part of the dry season) at two perennial streams on Lyudao (Green Island): the Liuma Stream (Chouqin Reservoir) and the Youzihu Secret Falls. The surveys encompass three major categories: fish, decapod crustaceans (shrimps and crabs), mollusks (snails and bivalves), and aquatic insects (including annelids). A total of four surveys have been carried out since 2021.
