Abstract

Three new species of Omaliini McLeay, 1825 from Taiwan are described and illustrated: Omaliopsis propinqua sp.n. (Nantou Hsien, Ilan Hsien), Omalium alienum sp.n. (Hualien Hsien, Nantou Hsien and Taichung Hsien) and O. latissimum sp.n. (Chiayi Hsien). Both genera are recorded from Taiwan for the first time.
