Abstract

A new species of the genus Vamuna Moore, 1878, V. suoya sp. n. is described from the island of Taiwan. Two new combinations are established for the species similar to the new one: Vamuna subnigra (Leech, 1899), comb. n. (transferred from Asiapistosia Dubatolov & Kishida, 2012) and Vamuna gynaegrapha (de Joannis, 1930), comb. n. (transferred from Cybosia Hübner, [1819]). Adults, male and female genitalia of all species considered are illustrated.
